Sojourner Hyper Pure Ceramic Travel Cup

This travel mug like everything I’ve ever purchased from this company is beautiful, and a pleasure to use. The only exception is the splash guard. The holes in it are much too small. This means that the coffee doesn’t come through freely, and it makes it awkward to drink when it is in place. I simply use the cup without it and enjoy it. If the company ever re-engineers the splashguard, I would like one with larger holes. Don’t let this issue stop you from buying it. It’s really enjoyable to use as a travel mug.

I love this thing, used it every day for coffee only and was cleaning it earlier and just noticed the chipping finish. There needs to be a better way to avoid that from happening, as it happened to the exterior on several of the Atlantis cups we purchased as well. I can provide photos of the damaged finishes if needed.

Still a fan, just figured I'd mention so your products can/will hopefully be improved upon.
