Product Warranties

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY: Within 30 days of the ship date of an item, it may be returned for a refund of the full purchase price, minus any shipping cost.  Buyer will pay return shipping costs, and the refund will be initiated upon receipt and confirmation of undamaged merchandise.  Damaged or defective items may qualify for free returns on a case by case basis.  Please see the Returns page on our website for additional information.  Due to the personal nature of customized items (aprons with patches or embroidery, custom apron cuts, engraved tools, custom tamp height, etc.), custom items are only eligible for a return in the case of a defect in material or workmanship as outlined in the limited warranties below.


STANDARD ONE YEAR TAMP AND BLOC MANUFACTURER LIMITED WARRANTY: The manufacturer warrants this product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use and conditions, for a period of one (1) year for the original invoice date. Shipping and handling fees are to be paid by the manufacturer upon confirmation that the defect is one of material or workmanship. The manufacturer agrees, at its option during the warranty period, to repair any defect in material or workmanship or to furnish a repaired or refurbished product of equal value in exchange without charge.  Such repair or replacement is subject to verification of the defect or malfunction and proof of purchase as confirmed by showing the model number on original dated sales receipt.  Natural markings and grain variation in wood are random, natural and, as such, are not considered defects in material or workmanship and will not be covered under warranty.


ONE YEAR LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTIES ON FABRIC AND LEATHER: The manufacturer warrants the fabric used on your apron against; seam failure, fabric separation, and hardware failure for one year. The manufacturer cannot cover cuts or tearing as a result of misuse, nor fading, which can be caused by overexposure to sunlight or lack of care.  The manufacturer will not warranty hardware that has been damaged due to impact damage or misuse.  

Leather – The manufacturer warrants leather against seam failure and material defects for one year.  The natural beauty of leather means that no two pieces of leather are exactly alike. As such, natural markings and grain variations are not considered material defects and will not be covered under warranty. 


WARRANTY LIMITATIONS: This warranty does not include: Any condition resulting from anything other than ordinary use and wear.  This warranty does not cover any product for any use for which the product was not intended.  This warranty does not cover any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance or care, or damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents or shipping damage.  This warranty does not cover dissatisfaction due to buyer’s remorse.  The manufacturer makes no additional express warranty or condition whether written or oral and the manufacturer expressly disclaims all warranties and conditions not stated in this limited warranty.
