For nearly seventy years, a walnut tree grew here in Utah, quietly writing its history in wood.

Now, that history takes another shape. Grown and harvested locally, this walnut reveals sweeping grain, deep marbling, and patterns that turn unexpectedly beneath the surface. We carefully chose each piece from the tree’s most expressive sections, letting the grain guide the cut.

Made for your daily ritual, each tool carries a small piece of Utah—and a beauty that only time could make.

The Minor Bloc

A dedicated hardwood platform for precise espresso work. Preparation, separated from disposal. No knock chamber, no excess. Every Minor Bloc in this run was cut from the same Ogden Valley walnut tree.

• Precision-milled cutouts fit spouted and bottomless portafilters, 53 mm to 58 mm.
• Includes two removable rubber tamp mats: one for spouted portafilters, one for bottomless.
• Walnut measuring 146 × 146 × 60 mm.
• Hand-built in our Salt Lake City workshop.
