Zero instructions, confident it will work though

SAI Team - please please help us figure out how to tune it. While I’m confident you wouldn’t have put out a tool that doesn’t work, trial-and-error with good coffee (and with coffee prices where they are) is expensive!

Even in your 30 second video, the person spins it both clockwise and counterclockwise.. Why? What depth settings should we use for standard 18-19g baskets? Are we to calibrate this like your BT wedge tool? Like a tamper? Something else? In two weeks of using it, it has been hit-or-miss, which is massively disappointing after spending $170 on the tool.

Help us figure this out, please don’t leave your loyal customers hanging!

Poor customer service - no training on how to caliber the tool

I did pre-order this when it first came out and understand that there will be kinks. I reached out via email and also submitted a form online requesting for calibration instructions for the SWT tool but I haven't received a response yet in over a week.
