Our basic pour over recipe to get you started on the path to quality coffee.
Coffee/water ratio: 1/16
Example: 25g coffee / 400g water
Water just off the boil - about 204°F (95°C).
Pour 50g of water every 30 seconds until the desired volume is reached.
Total brew time: about 4 minutes
Adjust grind finer if the brew is too fast.
Adjust grind coarser if the brew is too slow.
